Public CSC Workshop: 1-Round selection of SDB5-SxC6C disulphide library against anti-FLAG and anti-HA antibodies - Complete
This Project was conducted on May 27, 2018 as part of Workshop before Chemical Society of Canada (CSC) meeting. Selection was conducted in front of the workshop attendees. Selection produced model datasets for automated data analysis and automated generation of reports. The project used in-house SDB5-SxC6C library and two standard antibody targets loaded into a standard KingFisher plate. anti-FLAG was in wells A1-A4 and output from these wells was used as a test set to produce "ReportExample.PDF"; anti-HA was in wells A5-A8 and output from these wells was used as a test set to produce "ReportDemoA5to8.PDF". The wells used one another as controls.

Late Stage, silently encoded modification of C3C library with diketone linker and 3 pharmacophores (early 2020, Arunika) - Analyzing Data
This is organization of all the data that will go into paper by Arunika Ekanayake et al. In this paper, SxC3C libraries SDB mixture of SDB31:SDB33:SDB34:SDB35 in 1:1:1:1 ratio (mixed after each library has been modified with DPD and different hydrazines). Modification: SDB31 - no modification; SDB33 - DPD-biotin; SDB34 - DPD-decyl; SDB35 - DPD-sulfonamide.
